What is the delivery time for my order?
If you place your order on a working day and the items are in stock, you can generally expect your order to be delivered within 2 working days.
If you place your order before 2:00 PM on Friday, your order will generally be delivered on Saturday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday can be delivered from Tuesday onwards.
For orders to countries other than the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, the usual delivery time is 48 to 72 hours.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When purchasing a Bednest, we cover the shipping costs within Europe. For purchases of other products under €75.00, shipping costs are €6.95. If you live in Belgium or Germany, shipping costs are €7.95.
For purchases of other products and rentals over €75.00, shipping costs are €4.95. If you live in Belgium or Germany, shipping costs are €5.95.
For other European countries, a shipping fee starting from €11.95 applies.
How do I return an order?
At Bednest, you can return an item within 14 days of receiving it. You may have various reasons for returning an item, which is why we ask you to complete our return form as fully as possible. This allows our team to process your return correctly. Returns are free via DPD when you use our return label. The processing of returns and inventory management are handled by our partner Babypark. When renting a Bednest, you will receive information at the end of your rental period about how to return your Bednest. This includes information on how to print your shipping label. You can also select a DPD Parcel Shop near you where you can drop off your package.
How can I track the shipping status of my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from DPD with the tracking information. Via the tracking link, you can follow the status of your order and, if desired, adjust your delivery preferences, such as the delivery address or preferred delivery time.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all countries within the European Union and to the United Kingdom.
Returns and right of withdrawal
- You can return items within 14 days of receiving them or register them for return.
- After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
- In the case of a partial delivery, the 14-day period only starts after you have received the final item.
- Please return items complete, including all accompanying parts and accessories.
- For damaged, used, washed or incomplete items, we may charge for any reduction in value. You are only liable for a reduction in value resulting from use that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the item.
- If you use our return label, please note that the risk of the return shipment remains with you as the consumer. If the product is lost during the return shipment, this is your responsibility. We therefore recommend insuring your shipment for higher-value orders and keeping your proof of shipment.
- Returns via our return procedure are free.
