Serious damage:
– ALWAYS CONTACT US DIRECTLY IN CASE OF SERIOUS DAMAGE AND MISSING PARTS! STOP USING THE BEDNEST IMMEDIATELY! We can then no longer guarantee the safety of the crib.
If used incorrectly, the Bednest can be seriously damaged. For example, by overloading the side panels by leaning on them or when a child hangs on the side panels. A heavy load on the undercarriage (position) other than the cradle can also cause damage. Serious damage can also be caused if you fold or unfold the Bednest cradle or chassis (position) differently from what is described in the user manual or if you drop the Bednest on the ground. The costs for repair or replacement, as well as the shipping costs, will be charged to you.
-Breaking parts
Replacement of the original transport box: EUR 25
Replacement of 1 or 2 straps: EUR 15 per pair
– If the Bednest is stolen during the rental period, the costs will be recovered from you.
We ask you to handle your rental Bednest with care. It is a sustainably designed cradle and may only be used for this purpose. We expect your rental Bednest in good condition after use within the external rental period of 7 months. You are free to take the Bednest with you when you travel. Please note, you may not export the Bednest to another country, because the crib must be returned from the country where the Bednest was received. We advise you not to take the Bednest with you when travelling by plane, because there is a high chance that the Bednest will be damaged. The costs for repair will be at your expense.
